If you are unhappy with any of your items we are happy to accept returns within 15 days from receipt of goods.
Please note earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety purposes
To create a return please visit your Orders, within the My Account section and select Return.
When returning any items please place jewellery back into any original packaging and ensure box is sealed and labelled with the correct returns label.
Goods returned must be unworn and in the same condition as received. Any items which are returned which show any wear or no longer deemed appropriate for resale will be rejected and sent back.
Any items which have tarnished due to wear and tear or contact from water, lotions or perfume is not deemed as a reason for return. To ensure proper care of your jewellery please visit our Jewellery care guide.
Returns will be processed from our warehouse within 10-14 days upon receipt of goods.
